ADF Consultancy collects, stores and processes personal data of its clients. The legal basis of processing is on contractual grounds, used only to fulfil the contract between ADFC and the client. Data is stored securely on electronic systems held under the EU – US Privacy Shield, for the entire period of our agreement and for 7 years thereafter, when it will be securely destroyed or deleted. Data will be processed lawfully, fairly & transparently. Your data will never be sold or passed on to third parties, apart from those used to store your data as mentioned above.
